We will have 9U-18U teams for the 2021/2022 Fall and Spring/Summer season. I have worked hard to assemble a great group of coaches that are dedicated to working together and improving your sons baseball skills. We are looking forward to working hard this year  prepping our teams to produce the best possible results. The work we put in now will pay off on the field later.

All of our High School teams will compete in college showcase events in front of college coaches. The college recruiting process is very important for our coaches and staff to help our players reach their goals.  

Our Middle school teams will compete in tournaments and league schedule for the spring with the goal of teaching our players the fundamentals to prepare for a successful season.

Our Elementary teams will be competing in league as well as tournaments. Our youth teams will have excited young coaches available to them to help make their season a successful one. We want all of our players to play hard and have fun!

Precision Baseball Philosophy:

  • Playing time is not expected! It is earned! Following through with expectations and applying what is learned from the coach’s feedback is mandatory.
  • Accept your role. If you do not like it, work harder
  • Learn from mistakes and get better – NO EXCUSES!.
  • Disrespect of teammates, umpires, coaches will not be tolerated.
  • ALWAYS GIVE YOUR BEST EFFORT AND HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE!
  • Challenge yourself to do more than what is expected – give 100% on and off the field
  • Players will be expected to hustle throughout practice sessions, and to run to and from stations.
  • BE COACHABLE – Listen to the coach’s instruction. Ask questions, if needed. Be willing to try new positions, techniques, whatever YOUR teams needs from you.
  • Parents: We ask that you refrain from coming in or near the dugout during competition. We will take good care of your son and ensure he is properly hydrated during competition. If there are special circumstances please notify us prior to the game. If there is an emergency we will find you.
